Our program has been used by professional athletes, church ministries, women’s shelters, other non-profits and individuals both young and old. Our youngest client is seven years old and our oldest is 75 years of age. Our primary goal is to prevent injury from an unprovoked attack. However, we also educate victims of domestic violence to gain closure and provide them with the mental strength to begin a path to normalcy.

Our program instills a survival mindset. This mindset results in a protective response with strength and force.
Our combat “physical” training incorporates tactical strikes, escapes, weapons defense, defensive blocks and ground survival. The program utilizes elements of martial arts, boxing and agility exercises to build power, strength and endurance. The combat “mental” training includes situational awareness and an emotional mindset to persevere and survive an attack.
AMT 360 Self-Defense training results in the following: channeling emotion and thinking into positive energy, heightening and enhancing awareness, teaching avoidance and de-escalation tactics as well as how to use the voice for survival.
